Welcome to Madely Properties. Today we're going to explain what an expression of interest is in real estate and how it can help you secure the best housing opportunities in Dubai.

The expression of interest, or EOI, is a crucial step in buying property in Dubai. It happens when the buyer signs an expression-of-interest form during the pre-launch phase, after which the unit is no longer available to other buyers. Ahead of the official sales launch, this agreement allows a residential property to be secured. The deposit is generally at least 5% of the property's value.

In general, the most sought-after homes are reserved even before they hit the market. Why is that? The developer informs real estate agents of the most lucrative upcoming offers, sometimes just 7 to 10 days in advance.

The investor then reserves several of the eligible properties available through the agent, including those soon to be included in the pre-launch.

In this scenario, the buyer often pays the majority of the unit's cost once construction is complete.

By reserving a property through an expression of interest, you're guaranteed access to the most sought-after homes before they become available to the general public. At Madely Properties, we'll guide you through the entire process and help you find the perfect home to match your needs and preferences.
