ALAIN has commenced construction on Rove Home Meydan Horizon following a groundbreaking ceremony, marking a delivery milestone for a new branded-residence project in Dubai’s Meydan Horizon community in MBR City.
The planned 19-storey development will comprise 190 fully furnished residences, with one- and two-bedroom apartment layouts listed by Rove Hotels. It is ALAIN’s first residential collaboration with Rove Hotels in Dubai, according to the developer’s project update. Handover is scheduled for the first quarter of 2029.
