Global Village opened its 31st season on 14 October 2026, adding another extended period of family-focused dining, shopping and entertainment to Dubai’s lifestyle calendar. The destination is scheduled to operate until May 2027.

For apartment buyers, major recurring attractions can be a practical part of assessing life beyond a building’s facilities. A seasonal destination that combines outings, food and cultural programming gives households another option for weekends and evenings, while supporting Dubai’s appeal for residents who value a broad range of activities close to established leisure corridors.

According to Dubai Holding, Season 31 features 29 pavilions representing more than 90 cultures. The programme includes more than 250 dining options, over 200 attractions and 40,000 shows across the season. These components make the venue relevant to different age groups, from families with younger children to residents seeking casual dining, retail browsing or live entertainment.

The opening-season update also includes improvements to parking, wayfinding, ticketing and accessibility. While visiting arrangements, prices and individual attraction availability may change, such upgrades can make a large-format destination easier to use for repeat visits.

For investors, Global Village is not a direct measure of property values or future returns. It does, however, illustrate the depth of Dubai’s established leisure offering, an important qualitative consideration for tenants and owner-occupiers evaluating neighbourhood connectivity and family amenities. Buyers considering homes near leisure and transport routes can view the new season as part of the wider amenity mix that contributes to everyday livability.
