Dubai has launched Dubai Access Club, an invitation-only programme designed for eligible repeat international visitors. The initiative provides a five-year membership and access to apply for a five-year multiple-entry tourist visa, subject to the relevant eligibility requirements and approval by GDRFA Dubai.
The programme is not a residency or property-ownership visa scheme. Instead, it is positioned as a visitor-access initiative for selected travellers with an established connection to the city. Confirmed members may receive partner benefits, including GDRFA Dubai’s ALSAADA Tourist Card and a Majid Al Futtaim gift card.
Visitors can register their interest through Visit Dubai’s dedicated Access Club page. Registration does not guarantee an invitation, and both membership and visa outcomes remain conditional on eligibility, partner nomination where applicable, and immigration review.
For overseas apartment buyers and investors, the practical relevance is repeat access rather than a change in ownership rules. A more streamlined route for qualifying visitors to return to Dubai may make it easier to schedule property inspections, meet advisers, follow handover progress and spend more time assessing neighbourhood amenities before making long-term decisions.
The initiative also supports Dubai’s broader appeal as an internationally connected city. Convenient repeat visits can help globally based buyers maintain familiarity with the hospitality, retail and business environments surrounding prospective homes. While the club is selective and should not be treated as a guaranteed travel or visa option, its launch adds another layer to the city’s visitor-focused infrastructure and reinforces the importance Dubai places on sustained international engagement.
