Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC) and Dubai Exhibition Centre at Expo City Dubai are scheduled to host 20 international exhibitions and events during November, underlining the breadth of Dubai’s business and events calendar.

The programme is set to span construction, automotive, education, art, fitness, food and wider business sectors. While many of the events are trade-focused, their combined presence supports the city’s role as a meeting point for international companies, professionals and visitors.

Among the larger scheduled dates, Big 5 Global is due to take place from 23 to 26 November. More than 1,800 exhibitors are expected, alongside participants from over 165 countries. These figures remain expectations ahead of the event, but they illustrate the global reach targeted by Dubai’s exhibition infrastructure.

For apartment buyers, a dense year-round programme at established venues can be a useful livability consideration. It broadens access to professional networking, cultural activity and sector-specific events, while reinforcing the amenity base around key commercial districts and Expo City Dubai. Residents may value the variety of experiences available without relying solely on seasonal tourism.

For property investors, the planned calendar is a supportive backdrop for Dubai’s business-tourism ecosystem and international connectivity. Major exhibitions can create periodic demand from corporate visitors, exhibitors and event-related professionals, particularly for accommodation with convenient access to commercial hubs and transport links. It does not determine rental performance on its own, but a sustained events pipeline adds context when assessing locations close to Dubai’s principal exhibition districts.

DWTC’s official event listings also indicate a broad November programme across its Dubai venues, reflecting the continued integration of business activity and urban lifestyle offerings in the city.
