Emaar Development has reported AED 22.2 billion in revenue for the first nine months of 2026, a 26% year-on-year increase, alongside continued residential handovers and construction progress across its Dubai portfolio.
The developer said property sales reached AED 26.2 billion during the period. As of 30 September 2026, it reported a revenue backlog of AED 119.8 billion, representing contracted future revenue expected to be recognised as projects progress and homes are delivered. Its interim financial statements recorded net profit of AED 10.79 billion for the nine months ended on that date.
For apartment buyers, the operational update is particularly relevant. Emaar said it handed over more than 4,800 residential units in the first nine months of the year and reported that more than 85% of its active projects were ahead of schedule at 30 September. These are company-reported measures rather than a market-wide assessment, but they provide a current indicator of delivery activity from one of Dubai’s largest master developers.
The company’s residential footprint includes established and developing locations such as Downtown Dubai, Dubai Marina, Dubai Hills Estate, Dubai Creek Harbour, Emaar South and Rashid Yachts & Marina. Regular handovers and active construction can support the gradual expansion of occupied communities, while continued infrastructure investment is relevant to buyers assessing everyday convenience and the longer-term maturity of a neighbourhood.
The update should not be read as a measure of conditions across all Dubai developers or districts. Prospective purchasers should review the specific project’s construction status, contractual completion date, payment schedule, service-charge assumptions and unit documentation before making a decision.
